What is personalization?

  • We personalized the name or date, depending on the model. If you would like to have it on a different placing, please send us a message before placing your order at info@bookishandbespoke.com. We will do our very best to make you happy!

Help! What size should I get?

  • All of our apparel is unisex. We recommend sizing up if you want to achieve that baggier/cozier feel, if that's what you prefer!

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will ship within 2–4 days. But, if you place an order during a very busy period, please allow up to 4–6 days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

  • Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

  • You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to personalization. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email help@bookishandbespoke.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
